Here at Sweetpea Naturally we value and protect your privacy. Any information collected is used only to communicate with you and/or process your order. We will never sell, rent, or give your information to anyone.


Shipping
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping is a flat rate $4.95 for shipping within the United States. *Note: For a limited time we are offering Free shipping withing the continental US!

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide as well as APO/FPO addresses. Regular shipping charges apply (we only charge exact shipping, we will never charge a handling fee). Please contact us with any questions regarding international shipping.

• Insurance: Shipping insurance is recommended but optional. If a shipment is lost or damaged we cannot be responsible for it.

Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your order. There is a 30 day return/exchange period from the day you receive your purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed and free from smoke, perfume, etc. If items are returned to us in used or poor condition as described it will be returned at the cost of the customer. Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping your items to us. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us for return or exchange. If you received free shipping the flat rate $4.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your original purchase.


Payments
We accept all Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit/debt cards as well as payment through Paypal accounts. All orders are processed through Paypal but a Paypal account is not required. If you are checking out with one of the credit/debt cards listed above you will find in Paypal a link on the left that will allow you to proceed via credit card. Click here for an example.
